2. Client Responsibilities

When engaging with Visaacer, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information/documents

• Submit requested information in a timely manner

• Respond to communications without undue delay

• Disclose any previous visa refusals, overstays, or legal issues

• Understand that final visa outcomes are not in our control

Failure to cooperate or provide required documents may result in termination of services without refund.

3. Our Obligations

Visaacer commits to:

• Provide expert guidance tailored to your visa category

• Maintain confidentiality of your personal and legal information

• Assist in timely preparation and review of application documents

• Communicate embassy requirements and updates promptly

• Support you through every stage of the visa process

However, we do not guarantee the outcome, processing time, or approval of any visa application.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All service fees will be discussed transparently before onboarding.

• Fees cover consultation and support services only—not government/embassy fees, biometrics, medicals, or courier charges.

• Once the service has begun, no refunds will be issued, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

• Any additional service requested after the initial scope will incur extra charges.

5. Visa Result Disclaimer

All visa decisions rest solely with the consulate, embassy, or immigration authority involved. Visaacer is not responsible for:

• Visa delays or denials due to applicant history or document issues

• Rejections based on misrepresentation or undisclosed facts

• Embassy appointment cancellations or policy changes

• Immigration rule amendments during or after the process

We guide based on the latest rules available at the time of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Visaacer will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by visa rejections

• Financial damages or travel losses due to delays

• Third-party service failures (e.g. courier, travel agent, university)

• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service.

7. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful and legitimate purposes. You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or interfere with its operation

• Use any robot, spider, or data-mining tool without permission

• Submit false or harmful data via forms or inquiries

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our written permission
