At Visaacer, we aim to maintain complete transparency in our processes and ensure fair treatment of all clients. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and service cancellations are permitted.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all immigration and visa services offered by Visaacer, including:

  • Student Visas

  • Tourist & Visitor Visas

  • Work Visas & Skilled Migration

  • Permanent Residency (PR)

  • Family & Dependent Visas

  • Investor and Business Migration

  • Visa Extensions and Refusals


2. General Policy Overview

Our services involve intensive consultation, document preparation, research, eligibility evaluations, and personalized strategies. Once we begin your case, significant resources and time are invested. Therefore:

Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated below.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following rare conditions:

a. Duplicate Payment

If you have accidentally made more than one payment for the same service, we will refund the excess amount.

b. Service Not Initiated

If no consultation, document review, or service has begun, and you cancel within 48 hours of payment, you may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative deductions).


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • You change your mind after service begins

  • You fail to provide the necessary documents or information

  • You provide false or incomplete information

  • You miss embassy appointments or interviews

  • Your visa is rejected due to personal history, poor documentation, or immigration discretion

  • You fail to comply with immigration/legal requirements

  • You delay or abandon the process after initiating it

  • The embassy, institution, or immigration authority delays or changes rules

Note: Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the immigration authorities. Visaacer is not responsible for any outcome.


5. Cancellation Terms

Clients may request cancellation before the process begins. In such cases:

  • A cancellation request must be made in writing to our official email

  • An administrative charge of 20–30% may be deducted

  • No cancellations will be accepted once documents are reviewed, submitted, or the process is underway

All cancellation approvals are subject to Visaacer management’s review and discretion.


6. Mode and Timeline of Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Applicable administrative or transaction charges will be deducted


7. Force Majeure Clause

Visaacer is not liable for refunds or delays resulting from events beyond our control, including:

  • Political unrest

  • Immigration rule changes

  • Natural disasters or pandemics

  • Server failures or cyberattacks

  • Government shutdowns or embassy closures
